I've never encountered such unprofessional support before. I need to get a refund for a plugin since it doesn't work, and I have to purchase it again. It's really disappointing.

The support is the most unprofessional I have ever met. I have to return the payment of a plugin because it does not respond and buy it again. Regrettable.

There are tons of reviews online from others who feel just as betrayed by this outfit. If you mention that others have faced similar issues and didn’t get their licenses back, their response is to claim those folks are lying.

Support answer after 1,5 Days. When they are some problems they didn't try to help, they only want to make money and later they cancel the license and you will lose your money!

On the internet is a lot of comment to find from other people who also was betrayed by this company.
When you write to support that other people also had the same problems and did not receive back his license, they write, that other peoples lie.

A criminal complaint was filed with the police for fraud.

I reckon you’re on the hunt for a tool to create backlinks for your site. Scrapebox is definitely not the way to go for that. Why, you ask? Well, it’s old software and doesn’t perform like it once did. If you manage to snag a few backlinks, all you’ll do is boost your spam score and mess up your website.

Warning to anyone whos about to purchase Scrapebox!

I assume you are looking for software to generate backlinks for your website. Scrapebox would be the worst solution for this task. Whys that? Because its outdated software and working like it used to work. If you get some backlinks, you will increase only your spam score and ruin your website

Before you make a purchase, it's good to know that you need PayPal transaction info to get the tool up and running. I was caught off guard by this, and they don’t mention it during the buying process.

For some odd reason, I didn’t get a confirmation from PayPal. I reached out to Scrapebox support to check if they received my payment and could activate my license. They didn’t give me a clear answer and just sent me back to PayPal.

When I suggested using a chargeback to sort out the payment, they refunded me but took off $10 for a service fee (real jerks!).

I agree with what others have said; the support is pretty rude and not helpful at all. If activating the license is this much of a hassle, what’s next? Honestly, the low price isn’t worth the trouble. I can’t recommend Scrapebox, and I really wish I had seen these reviews sooner to avoid wasting my time.
